How often should I wash my hair extensions? You may wash your hair extensions as often as you wish, though we recommend shampooing every other day to prevent oil build up on the scalp that could affect the durability of the bond.
What is the length of a hair extensions? Measurement length anywhere from 12-24 long.
What is the quality of your hair extensions? We believe in quality, delivering value and fantastic customer service, our hair is the highest quality and don't require additional maintenance compared to your natural hair.
How to choose the right shade of hair extensions? We recommend a beautiful, natural look, match hair extensions to your own color.
Are your clothes true to size? Yes they are true to size, also take a look at the size chart on our site for measurements.
How long does shipping usually take? All orders Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days to reach everywhere within the United States via carrier (USPS)United States Postal Service. Business days are considered Monday-Friday. PayPal will send you a tracking number to your email so you can track your package by going to USPS.com All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, Express shipping is NOT offered.
Will I have to sign for my package? Yes, you will have to sign for all items over $200, a signature will be required when your item is delivered, so please make sure that someone is at your home to sign for your package.
Cancel/Change An Order Already Placed? Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If your order is in the "awaiting fulfillment" stage and you request cancellation a $25 restock fee will apply. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours! Our business hours are 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday. May use the contact form to contact us! We cannot change or ship to an alternate address once the order has been placed. If your package is returned to us for insufficient address or refusal there will be a $25 restock fee.

Do you have a store? As much as we'd love to meet you, we do not have a showroom/store front. Since we are sorely an e-commerce provider, we want to focus on offering you the best quality styles daily, with several online marketplaces, our merchandise moves quicker than a showroom may allow.
